Cap. Nothing Beast did or went through puts him out of Cap's league. If anything Cap is superior going by feats, plus he's got his shield which will not only do a lot of blunt force damage, he can chop him up if he feels like it.

Dont agree that Cap stomps, but I feel like with his shield he wins like 8-9/10 and without it its pretty much a split, basically same stats with Beasts claws, teeth, and what should be ferocity making up for Caps skill, but he just doesent have that ferocity of his namesake so Caps still pulling a 6/10 over him even if this was h2h
Cap is overall a superior warrior imo. I think its a wash as far as speed and strength are concerned even though Caps actual feats are probably superior I dont feel like they are anything Beast couldnt also due.
