New should Lose due to lack of feats, granted he's much physically stronger but Lizard can probably figure out to claw at his face or vulnerable areas. Granted, IIRC he was tanking bullets- but eh there is just little to go on with him atm.

New Ben has enough feats to win. He tossed a huge boulder, smashed an equally if not larger one with a single blow, and a single punch sent Doom flying. If he gets a hold of Lizard, all he has to do is snap his jaw open or sling him back and forth until he dies.
