Kurse is going to have a hell of a time dealing with that many opponents at once, especially when a lot of them are much faster and more agile than he is. I wonder how he'd handle Negasonic Teenage Warhead really dropping the hammer on top of him like she did at the end of Deadpool (when she completely and utterly wrecked the whole area). Or for that matter, Loki was strong enough to drive an Asgardian blade through Kurse. If either Colossus or Angel Dust had to use Cap's shield on him, it could probably do some damage. But that's a big what if scenario.

Unless Angel Dust, Colossus and Negasonic did something in the Deadpool movie that is completely insane, I don't see any way they can take out Kurse. Kurse however will have a field day ripping them apart once he gets his hands on them.
Kurse was fast enough to swat away mjolnir. Kurse will take all day to defeat these many opponents. In the end, I don't know how they can take him out though.
