Anyway, Lizard and Nemesis even on their own might already be a bit much for the heroes. Guess it depends on what kind of weapons they're allowed to bring.
All gear? So, Bucky gets his magnetic grenade launcher and such? Also, Garfield Spiderman could probably take care of the Predator and the Terminator on his own.

Any quick reference for the Resident Evil villains? I've played Nemesis, but don't know how the film version stacks up compared to the video game original, and don't know anything about ax giant guy.
If Lizard is on Team 2, I'd say he'd tip the scales with his companions for Team 1.
If no Lizard plus gear for teams, Bucky's loadout is pretty deadly. It's also arguable Garfield Spider-Man has no peer on Team 2 unless Nemesis or ax guy are up to his level.

What the phuck is Nemesis going to do? I haven't watched that shitty film in years but from what I remember Cap would literally beat him to death with his bare hands.
This feels like less a Villains and more a Monsters list.
The Lizard might be able to coordinate these creatures, but probably not. There's very little sense of tactics, so I feel most of it will be monsters rampaging.

Predator will be in fight mode so he's fine
Terminator and Nemesis both can be programmed to treat the enemy team as hostile.
And for the course of the fight I assumed axe giant is pointed at the other team and told to kill.
Now there might not be much coordination. But they should be able to fight their targets.
Wolf will merc most of these dudes by himself. Spiderman is the only one he can't oneshot in stealth mode.
Plasma caster or sneaky choppy choppy can kill cap and Bucky.
The Vibrating smart disk should work on Cage just fine,
Parker is gonna be a huge problem though. I wish the movie preds had feats like the comics and then he would be able to keep up with Spidey ( some elder yautja would probably solo this movie team).
Nemesis kinda sucks without his gun. He is slow as shit and pretty much everyone cept Batman would just straight beat him up.
Don't take Lizard out, Pred is the fastest on his team by a Longshot and Parker is still way to fast
