Melinda May vs Alisa Jones

Fight takes place in a football ground. Basic knowledge. May thinks Alisa killed Daisy and Couson and Alisa thinks May killed Jessica and Dr Malus. How would the fight go?
R2- How different would it be if May had Bobbi and Daredevil
R3- Add Peggy
R4- above 3 plus Nobu

I want to go with the trained fighters, but certain gaps are just too big. Jessica herself mentioned that her mom is at least twice as strong as she is. Alisa could quite literally tear these guys limb from limb. We also know that she is capable of shrugging off impacts that can easily kill normal humans (like the drop in the one episode that killed that cop but she literally ran away from). Hell, Simpson had like 8 years of Spec Op training and experience IIRC, and was on combat enhancers that boosted his stats, and he got absolutely mauled in seconds.
