David certainly has the weirdest feats though lol. Like this one, below. All the weird shenanigans with the bus and the wardrobe people (who are some of his followers) and the distance-bending tunnel was things he put in place to guide people (specifically Switch) to him while staying under Division 3's radar. And you don't even see him. Just hear his voice from 0:16 to 0:24:



DeVoe is A LOOOOOOOOT smarter, in terms of scientific knowledge and that kind of thing, than David is though. It's not even remotely a contest in that regard.

I don't really want to use Season 1 on its own, because Shadow King was riding shotgun in David's head for 99% of the season and only gets ejected in the finale, so it makes it hard to know who to attribute the season 1 feats to in some cases.
