Both versions of Ghost Rider have regeneration that makes nearly anything non-magical next to useless at causing long-term damage. IIRC, the MCU version even survived plutonium bomb explosion (granted, it was offscreen, but still crazy).

Only issue for the Riders is if Wolf decides to go into stealth mode, because while they had some level of preternatural perception IIRC, it was focused on supernatural-related stuff. So, it probably won't help them tracking a Predator. But, as I said, the Riders are too hard to inflict permanent damage on. Even in human form, Reyes has managed to remain conscious after being repeatedly impaled and dosed with enough radiation to kill several people multiple times over.
