Hulk should be above anything from the 2017 Skull Island movie including adolescent Kong and Ramarak though they would give him a difficult fight, they are all basically just tough realistic (somewhat) creagures.

Hulk would dominate. The alpha skull crawler was bullied by a big monke with a stick, a chain, and a boat propeller. The punch from the first Avengers movie would cave its skull in, imho.
