I don�t think Cap has any way to put her down permanently and she just needs to stab him once

Kind of a hard choice IMO. LD displayed definite skill and she straight up stomped Wolverine in their fight. I also don't think Cap would be able to withstand many connected stabs from her.

That said, IMO Cap is more skilled than her. She displayed pretty high pain tolerance in her fight with Wolvie, but IDK if she has the same resistance to blunt head trauma. Cap may be able to just KO her, and she may not be skilled enough to get past his shield. If Cap were to lose his shield though, he'd be in trouble.
