Captain America(shield/no hammer)
Winter Soldier(Current w M16 and Grenade Launcher)
US Agent(Current)

Location: Opposite ends of warehouse Falcon and WS(where Zemo found Karli)
Knowledge: General
Kill or incapacitate

RoboCain tanked a fall from a skyscraper into a parking garage and a massive explosion that sent cars above him flying. He also tanked the Cobra assault cannon, which one-shotted ED-209. How is anyone putting him down? He has a minigun and a cannon that damaged even Robocop's armor. Between him and Pops' arsenal they can make it extremely difficult for the MCU team to get within melee range.
