Combatants each have a single sword. Assume sword is unbreakable. No other weapons are available for the combatants. No shield or bracers for WW as well.
Hela doesn't get her healing factor or her ability to generate weapons from thin air.
Wonder Woman doesn't get her flight or superspeed.

Ah, but he didn’t actually say superspeed, he said speed.
So, even without SUPERspeed, her SPEED speed is still speed, which is SUPER but not super SPEED. And WW speed >>>> Hela speed which is in no way SUPER speed, or even SPEED speed, it’s just speed.
It’s all pretty straight forward. The math doesn’t lie.

So saying Diana doesn't get her super speed, does that mean she is brought down to Hela's level, or has no super speed at all? Because Hela still has super speed, just to a lesser degree.
It doesn't really matter though. Hela is physically stronger than Diana, so she wins.
