You're not giving him the ten rings? Shang Chi is possibly the most skilled fighter in the MCU but he is still only human. Dragon armor and staff are formidable but he still isn't enhanced like BP is.He'll get murdered in both rounds.
Give him the ten rings then he wins but it's at least a close fight.

He tanked Mandarins punches unenhanced that left a crater in stone and being blasted across the river by them. Tchalla doesn’t have that level of striking power and that was just with the armor tho
