Everybody who helped fight thanos is helping in round 4 and 5

As a franchise too, DC has all the iconic villians like Joker and Darkseid, all Marvel has is boring Thanos.

Round 1: Kryptonians win. Thor and Hulk can give them a fight but the two of them will not be enough to take on 3 kryptonians. Ironman can annoy them with his firepower but he'll get torn apart fairly easily. The others get one-shot.
Round 2: Avengers win. None of them are allergic to kryptonite. All it would take is for someone like Thor, Hulk or Vision to jam that spear into Doomsday while he's busy with the others and then that will be that. Heck, if you have Quicksilver and Wanda on the team then it becomes even easier. QS can speedily stab it in or Wanda can TK the spear into DD. DD still kills half of them though.
Round 3: Avengers stomp. Steppenwolf's army is basically just parademons. Steppenwolf is the only real threat. If I understood your stipulation, everybody who helped fight Thanos is part of team Avengers. That means guys like Strange and Wong are included, as well as Black Panther and all the Wakandans. Then there's the GOTG. Ironman and Thor will also be at their most powerful. Steppenwolf doesn't stand a chance.
Round 4: The Avengers absolutely destroy Steppenwolf and his army. Endgame Avengers had all their heroes combined plus additional armies like the Wakandans, the Asgardians and Dr. Strange's sorcerers. Thor and IM aren't quite as powerful here but they do get Valkyrie, Captain Marvel and a pissed-off version of Wanda. What does Steppenwolf have on his side, Parademons? Yeah, Steppenwolf gets completely demolished.
