How many hits from each guy to damage Zod's & Faora's faceshield?
Assuming they were equal in durability. How many hits to damage the face shield and make it disappear?

The answer depends on which portrayal do you want to use. The faceshields varied in durability based off the story. At it's strongest it shrugged off Superman's haymakers like nothing.
