Thor was blasting Gorr's Sword with lightening and Gorr was getting fried in the process. I imagine he can't take a lot of HV blasts that hurt even kryptonians.
Although he did take hits from Stormbreaker twice iirc with no damage, but that's piercing durability.
Gorr has teleportation and the sword.
Zod is stronger, more durable, faster and has flight and range advantage. He definitely beats Gorr.
