I dont know. It might also come down to speed and manoeuvrability. But I think War Machine would win that, in the sky at least. In a ground fight Starscream would probably destroy WM.
Ok, need to ask, are we talking about Bayformers universe Starscream? Or another movie iteration like the recent Transformers One, or the old 86 movie G1 iteration? Or hell even Transformers Prime Beast Hunters?
