Impossible to say. You know how nen is, nen techniques can do just about anything, and we really don't know what the older Zoldycks can really do, or even which type of nen user they are. For example, take Illumi. During the first arc, you would assume that Illumi's main ability is to disguise himself using his needles. Now, we know that's not true at all. Even knowing what it is that he can do, he don't know the extent of it. He could have the power to turn people into the hulk by commanding them to. We don't know, because secrecy is such a huge part of HxH. If you were only to judge them by their fight with Lucifer, and then compare that to the Spiders' fight with the chimera ants, one could easily assume that most of the Spiders are stronger than either Zoldyck, but we know that's not true. So, with that in mind, I don't see we can bet on anyone but Zoro.
