This is a battlezone between abhilegend and Id for the KMC High-Herald belt.
Rules:
1. 1 opening post, and 3 post limit.
2. No time manipulation.
3. No insta-kill tactics such as teleporting into solid objects. Even if an attack isn’t instantaneous, any attack that could, as a matter of its nature, not be defended against is considered this.
3. Characters will not have knowledge of who they are fighting pre-fight. In battle, they will only be able to know things if the two characters already knew each other.
4. Non-offensive matter manipulation is allowed.
5. No duplication.
6. No power copying in any way.
7. Only experience carries from previous fights, and only information you could have reasonably discovered in the fight is learned.
8. No immortal characters. Characters should be able to be defeated by reasonably accessible means. Healing factors strong enough to blur the line with this are also banned.
9. While battlefields will change, it is assumed that nobody can leave the whole of the battlefield by any means. This also means no BFR or self-BFR. If you fly too far, you hit an impenetrable wall.
10. No reality warping.
11. Rules may be changed if certain strategies become an obvious problem.
12. Matches last 14 days.
13. ( Prep) No prep.

Hey how about a brief intro, so that the judges may some insight of who Plutonian is before the match begins.
Who is Plutonian? Plutonian is the main character in the series Irremediable, and makes brief cameos in Incorruptible from BOOM! Studios. He is a cosmic alien, from a race known as Eleos, given human form by a woman desiring to have a child for herself. As such his powers are those of a Superman Clone, with Psionic abilities to boot.

In the opening bell, I am anticipating Ahbi to make use of Surfers speed, ranged attacks, and dive into a few exotic tricks.
If this is so, my strategy is a simple one. Surfers speed-blitz is neutralized by Tony's own speed. This is thanks to Tonys reaction time which is dialed in pico seconds, and moving at trans-luminal speeds in Earths atmosphere.
At the start of the bell Tony will perform his “Inertial Negation” on the Surfer thus stop him in his tracks and create a momentary pause. This creates an opening, for Tony to follow up by “Exploiting Quantum Entanglement” aimed at his surf board. This violent explosion does two things;
1 - Stuns the Surfer (Surfer has a history of being stunned by surprise attacks).
2 - Destroy his Board (Which greatly limits his mobility)Making use of Tony's gravity powers, and superior physical prowess, Tony will move in on an a stunned and immobilized Surfer beat him to death.
Inertial Negation - Tony negates moons rotation.

Soo Its ON!
I want to establish my first point. That being, when it comes to sheer physical force, Plutonian is the clear superior of the two.
From my opening post, do you guys remember my scans of Tony sinking Singapore with raw force alone? That feat alone, easily puts him past a strength class of trillions tons right? Well I have something better to present!
As a test of both Strength, and Durability, in a catatonic state Tony is able to casually withstand the gravity pull of half a Black Hole that carries the weight of an entire Solar System.

What this means is, for Surfer a physical engagement between Surfer and Tony, is certain death.

And a field which saps psychic energy out of everything around me. Which is what powers Plutonian. After that its pure energy blasts which can casually destroy planets. He can even create black holes by simple energy blasts. So the strategy is quite simple, absorb the psychic and kinetic energy of plutonian and blast the shit out of him. Let's go.
2 – Accessing Surfers future sight. Yes its an excellent toll, but under the “RIGHT” circumstances. Like if you have prep time to work with. But ”NOT” in the heat of battle. Characters that tune in to this power tend to lose focus.
3 – Say you did manage to erect a shield on time. Surfer shields are not only weak (They have been trounced by forces far lesser than PG Thor or Hulk).
But whenever Surfer has ever put up a shield for himself, he has never “Multi-Tasked”. In ALL of Surfers history, there has never been a single occasion when he has been able to put a force field for himself, and do something else, his focus is single down to maintaining that force field.
Don’t believe me?
Missiles lock on to an island. He can only erect a force field. That’s It. Ironically the same missiles shatter his force field.

There is no way you can convince anyone that, Surfer is able to do all these things, in the heat of battle, while you’re peeping into the future, behind your shield. When history has shown us that whenever Surfer puts up a force field his multi-tasking is heavily reduced.
With that said, Surfer will fall victim to Plutonian first, and second move. “Inertial Negation”, and “Exploiting Quantum Entanglement”. The first move will immobilize him, and second move aimed underneath his feat, right at his board will incapacitate him. Lets move on and take a look at all the times Surfer Board has been shattered……mhmm

I want to make a final point for this post. The following scans are the number of times I recall from the top of my mind that Surfer has had his “Surf Board”.

That final point? Lesser opponents have shattered Surfers board. Than Tony with a snap of his fingers will literally do the same. As mentioned in my opening post, with the Surfers “Inertia” effectively negated, and his Surfboard shattered, the Surfer will be effectively immobilized.
