in the mid eightees, authorities declared as evidence that this exact same hand gesture was a symbol that a kid was brainwashed by music and worshipping the devil. they accused ozzy ozbourne and rob halford (judas priest) of encouraging this gesture as just a small part in their greater plan to get kids to worship satan, kill others and themselves.
now our president does it... confused

my conclusion:
dubya worships satan eek!

So does Ja-Rule, my biology teacher, Busta Rhymes, Emma Thurman, Daniel Radcliffe, etc. It's not meant to be a satanic symbol, it's 21 century thumbs up symbol nowadays
