I Just Wanna Break Even

I Just Wanna Break Even

I don't want your heaven
I don't wanna go to your hell
You can keep your Jesus
Keep the one who fell

I Just Wanna Break Even
Like a good weekend in Vegas
Stay dead when I'm dead
Not be reincarnated

I don't need religion
Preachers, ministers or pastors
I sleep in on Sunday
Safeguard my money

I Just Wanna Break Even
Like a good weekend in Vegas
Stay dead when I'm dead
Not be reincarnated

Bridge:
Of course, someone will say
That I have no choice
But he's mired in mythology
I almost hear his voice

keep trying, I guess...

Wut.

as like, legit constructive criticism, your verses and chorus shouldn't be of equal length. like, assuming each line is a bar (4 beats), you want either 2 or 4 times as many lyrics per verse. it's obviously a style thing, but the way you have it set up, you are repeating yourself as much as you are presenting the substance of the song.

also, "rap"? I don't think saying names over a beat qualifies... you'd probably be better served treating it as spoken word.
