According to the Flynn case, he didn't make any deals. Just spoke on the phone. Flynn incorrectly pleaded guilty when he should not have. That's just amazing interrogation tactics and Flynn fell for it.
The phone call in question, took place a few hours before Trump was being sworn in. Apparently that's treason, so what does that make what they have been doing for over a month now?
The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.
True, but Flynss call hours before Trump was sworn in was legal and recorded. Trying to charge him with it was malicious and subsequently destroying his life for 4 years and only a Presidential Pardon to restore his life from ruin, what they did was criminal.
There certainly seems to be some parallels between the 2 situations. Both Biden and Flynn will have had contacts from their previous work prior to being in government. If there are parallels between what was actually discussed then I'd have no issues with a similar investigation taking place.
