Yes he does. And it wasn't just his people, Biden himself was doing so.

This is the exact thing that Flynn got in trouble for. Exact same thing. But worse.

So when is Biden going to get sent to prison like they did to Flynn? And anyone else involved?

I'm wondering as well, they are no doubt speaking about how to change policy while the Trump administration is still in power.

Isnt that what Flynn was doing?

According to the Flynn case, he didn't make any deals. Just spoke on the phone. Flynn incorrectly pleaded guilty when he should not have. That's just amazing interrogation tactics and Flynn fell for it.

The phone call in question, took place a few hours before Trump was being sworn in. Apparently that's treason, so what does that make what they have been doing for over a month now?

Don't know much about the Logan Act but doesn't it apply to people discussing things with foreign governments who are essentially enemies of the US?

If they have broken it then yes. Jail them in big boy jail. Start routing out corruption at the top

No its not even that serious as you are saying.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.

Yeah fair enough. At this point there aren't many governments not in dispute with the US government. Lol.

True, but Flynss call hours before Trump was sworn in was legal and recorded. Trying to charge him with it was malicious and subsequently destroying his life for 4 years and only a Presidential Pardon to restore his life from ruin, what they did was criminal.

There certainly seems to be some parallels between the 2 situations. Both Biden and Flynn will have had contacts from their previous work prior to being in government. If there are parallels between what was actually discussed then I'd have no issues with a similar investigation taking place.
