And the ending of this preferential treatment would be a big deal indeed. In 2019, 75 percent of the benefits gushing in from the capital gains tax break went to America’s top 1 percent.
But certain Rightist here swore that Trump's tax reform wasn't a boon to the ultra rich. Even Trump claimed he'd not benefit from it as a billionaire. Surely they weren't lying or something.

Y'all just need to learn some basic economix. See when the people at the top of the money pyramid have more money, they all naturally want to spend it on their business and employees and shit. And cuz we live in a capitalist society, these business leaders need to compete with each over the labor force so they're incentivized and shit to pay higher wages, so we don't need no mandatory minimum wage cuz it interferes with the people on the money pyramid's right to pay us whatever the labor market dicktates and shit.
