How do I contact the people who made Stormbreaker?

Hi, I really wanted to send my acting CV to the people who made the film, Stormbreaker, in case they make a sequel. Does anyone have an address I could write to, like the producers, the director or the head of casting? I know the director is Geoffrey Sax and the head of casting is I think called Sarah Bird. Thanks for any help you can give.
