This is a Soderbergh movie that comes out in December, starring George Clooney and Cate Blanchett, based on a post-WWII film-noirish novel. I'm personally excited, and not just because the title is alliterative. The stills look beautiful, and Blanchett is a great actress.
*waits patiently for The Good German*
I'm by no means a Soderbergh fan, in fact I thought Traffic was awful. This, on the other hand, looks fantastic. It's my second most anticipated of the year.
Just saw it, what a silly ****ing movie. The acting is uninspired, I could go on. If anyone involved took it just a little bit seriously, the turn out would have been great. It's barely an adaptation of the book, either, they ****ed with the story way too much.
