Some terrible choices. Last House remake number 2? Yeah right.
Always thought the guy didn't know much about film, ever since he helped produce the crapfest miniseries remake of The Shining, whining that Kubrick's brilliant version strayed too far from the book. Just another author unable to differentiate the differences between mediums.
"This film is on par with The Silence of the Lambs." Said that about Last House remake. Wow.
