What Marvel/DC characters should make live action debuts?
I was reading Avengers vs. Defenders this morning and discovered the haractwrs of Mantis and Valkyrie today. It got me thinking about characters that are known to knowledgeable comic readers, but are more or less unknowns to new readers and the public at large. What are some characters from the Big two the would resonate well in their own TV shows, Netflix series, or movie? What medium would better explore their history and how well do you think they'd be received by giving examples?

Moon Knight. Part of the Netflix Defenders Universe. Just check out the 6-issue run by Warren Ellis in 2014 - it is jaw-droppingly good. You need a mature audience and you need time to show why other heroes are a little bit afraid to work with him and don't trust him: Not only is he deadly skilled, but quite probably clinically insane.
Stilt-Man... C'mon, we already saw the suit, on Daredevil.
It would be cool to see the MCU explore Marvel UK a bit. Captain Britain would present problems though, given the Fox/Marvel situation with Psylocke etc.
Would still be fun to see Brian's brother, Jamie, cruising around in some boxer shorts and a top hat, screwing with reality.
