Normally I would celebrate, as he seems to represent a lot of what there is to hate about modern Disney, but they've got a tried and trusted method and still doing better than any other movie studio with consistent billion dollar hits, so not too much is going to change I don't think with a different CEO. Disney targets people's unwillingness to change (no$talgia!), as well as brand loyalty. It's why they haven't had a flop in such a long time, despite the quality of their movies nowadays varying.
