 For Tomb Raider Videogame fans

I have a question for tomb raider fans. Were these tomb raider games a good transformation to the silver screen? I have not seen the second but i absolutely loved the first one. I have only played Chronicles so far so i guess i can't actually say that it was a good transformation.
Please say why or why not it was good.
