I pick Palpy too. We already know he's corrupt. We don't have to sit watching the TV at a court hearing to see if the president lies.

Also just look at how good of a leader he is. He started his own Empire for gods sake!

he takes action right when its needed, and delivers well
he has more morals than any other robot
he understands most of human behavior
