Did Sidious anticipate Vader's demise?
This could be another case of picking at something that doesn't need to be picked at, but how does Sidious have Vader's suit ready for him that quickly? Did he know Vader would be crippled so he had the suit made ahead of time or does he have droids that work REALLY fast?
well, obviously, he had it just in case something like this happens. cuz ya never know when your apprentice is gonna cut up to ratshit.
but seriously, maybe it's a breathing device widely used in the galaxy, with cool sith mods done to it.

No..it wasn't pre-made. He DID sense Vader was in danger by the time he had sent him to Mustafar..but the suit was made during the days following Vader's demise.
