it says that darth maul was the most highly trained sith. if thats true y cant darth maul use sith lightning. i meen he should be able to he doesnt have mechanical arms or anything?

Why couldn't Maul? who said he couldn't? He just didn't do it
and besides, it's clear he prefers to sabre someone down then to show off his Forcepowers
he was caught off gaurd, maul thought obi-wan's situation (when he was hanging in the pit) was hopeless. Dooku was completely prepared for Obi-wan, but in the duel with maul, obi-wan had a big advantage.
