Since the originator did not elaborate, let me take it upon myself to give some life to the original statement, giving this thread a specific topic, to ensure it's lifespan on this board.

TOPIC OF THIS BOARD: What is everyone's opinion on how future generations will react to ROTS... I'm referring to generations that haven't been born yet.... so say, in the year 2050, what will teeangers think of the movie... will it capture thier imaginations as it has done ours, or do you think it will pale in comparison to advanced technology of their day? In other words, will it be an instant classic, loved as we still love older movies of our time (Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, etc). Any thoughts???

This may be a lame topic but it is certainly better than what the post started out with.
