what happens to Yaddle, hes on the jedi counsel in ep1 but hes not on it in ep2 or 3, can you help me out?

The villain Granta Omega lured Yaddle, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker to the planet Mawan where Anakin was taken hostage. Yaddle sacrificed her life to save Anakin's and thousands more by absorbing the toxic gases of Omega's deadly weapon approximately 25 BBY.
Thats what Wikipedia say about how Yaddle died.
