The 3 Jedi would murder Grievous, of course. Wouldnt even be a competition. Being able to take on that many Jedi Masters at once is by no means an everyday thing. It's a uniquely Palpatine thing.

Hrm.... I dunno, it might be a fight. Personally I think Obi Wan would've lasted longer against Palpatine alongside Windu than all 3 of them did together. lol And Grevious was actually a challenge for Obi Wan...
