Hello again everyone, i dont know if anyones keeping track but ive made two tracks from the soundtrack into the movie versions. (Opening Titles and Enter Lord Vader)
ive now done track 9, Anakin vs Obi-Wan. Ive named it Battle Of The Hereos, but it doesnt mean it is Battle Of The Hereos Track. It starts with Anakin vs Obi-Wan, then moves into a section from the Mustafar Duel that wasnt on the original soundtrack.
oh ye, duel of the fates is is the battle, im sorry i keep forgetting that, ill get to work on that tommorow, if its not on here by tommorow, ill definaltey have it up for monday
It Starts with Anakin Vs Obi-Wan, then moves to the Duel Of The Fates, the exact same way it is in the movie, and then to the Mustafar Scene then the Battle Of The Heroes.

Can I ask what software you're using to edit? Probably nothing fancy, just curious.
And where you're getting some of the music? I know some of the DVD extras had some, but where did you get some of the music without sound effects and dialogue? Thanks.
And a word for an improved version, the Duel of the Fates doesn't match up to what's in the movie, just thought I'd let you know.
jedi priestess is correct, there is no way of matching up the music, the way ive done it in that track is the only way u can have it without it sounding crap.
and the software im using is specialist music software, its called Cubase SX. I study Music Technology and know the ins and outs of all the music software and editing
and as for the music that wasnt on the soundtrack, there was some on the extras DVD that had no sound effects and just music

Ah-ha, just as I thought. Now it seems you're more familiar with the extras than I am. If you had the time, could you see if there's any part in the 2 disc set that has the Emperor's theme, as played when the Emperor lands on Coruscant with burned Vader, and lightning's in the background, and it's pouring? I think it's like 30 seconds or whatever, but all the menus I've seen it on (Disc1-Coruscant Main) and Disc2's main menu, all have random clapping or dialog (Learn to know the Dark Side)... seems they don't want anyone to have that clip unaltered. If you can find it without sound FX or dialog, I'd be most appreciative.
And what other parts of music can be found without fx and dialog in the DVD, if you know off-hand?

I've already got the episode three cd and the anakin obi wan fight music is so good that I can't get it out of my head right now or ever.
