Synopsis of past six months:
For two days since arriving in the city, she had been on her own but soon bumped into an ex-lover and a young associate of his. Along with him came a new foe on her heels, hunting her down in the hopes of destroying her.
As for the whys, it's a reason shared only between the two adversaries. Though Chrys would never disclose the reason and fate had intervened before Malconin Valious could end her life and those of the ones she'd grown fond of so he'd taken it to the grave.
Hoping a mansion would hold the key to the end of the chaos, Chrys only found herself a new trouble, running from the place and her comrades in a paranoid state. It was only six months after the mansion incident she began to search for a way out the city. But nothing was ever that easy...

Personal background: Completely single-minded and utterly ruthless, Maxwell is a cunning and regal villain with a devious intellect. When dealing with others, Maxwell tends to be rather unpredictable, changing moods rather quickly yet still maintaining a refining quality.

Career background: Upon the discovery of the T-virus in the 1960s/70s, an operative working undercover for the National Security Agency of the U.S government, succeeded in obtaining a sample of the contagion - which he then passed on to his superiors so that further analysis could be carried out. In 1974, the U.S government discovered that the T-virus could be used as a potential biological weapon of excessive potency. Realising that such a weapon could be highly effective, the government began drawing up preparations for a plan that would maintain their hold on such a weapon. The first part of the plan involved the monitoring of Umbrella, the eventual shutting down of their facilities and the eradication of all other traces of the T-virus. The second part of the plan involved a way to further develop the T-virus. This became the darkest of all the government's black projects, something that not even the CIA or the FBI could be made aware of. If word of this was ever to surface, it could mean the biggest scandal in American political history. In order to efficiently carry out their plan, the government entrusted the information and data of the plan into the minds of twelve people - these individuals were considered die-hard loyalists of the country, and people who would be willing to sacrifice themselves for the protection of the government. There couldn't be any files, any documents, any traces of report linking to the T-virus.

Everything, every scrap of knowledge was securely imprisoned within the minds of these twelve individuals. With documents relating to the T-virus destroyed, and the minds of the twelve individuals shielded by mental implants into the cerebral cortex of the brain, there would be no way for anyone to unearth the insidious plan that the government had scheduled. Such a matter was so secretive that not even the President or the cabinet was made aware of the goings-on. It was an underground operation at the heart of the American leadership, comprised of a select group of people who operated with no law and no conscience, and with no one to answer to. And so, it went on, the way it was for the next twenty-three years when an incident occurred. One of the twelve individuals who had been entrusted with the knowledge had let slip a portion of information in regards to the T-virus. The person was later arrested, and then forced to undergo a rigourous mental purge of the mind - a biological equivalent of reformatting a computer's hard drive. It was a dangerous procedure, which turned the individual into a braindead vegetable. Now there were eleven. After this, it became evident to the government that further steps had to be taken to ensure that the knowledge remained infinitely secure - and so came forth the idea of using a revolutionary and albeit hazardous device known as a synaptic suppressant - which when implanted into the brain of someone, would block out specific memories and prevent those individuals from remembering the knowledge. When the time was necessary, the suppressant would be removed and the information retrieved.

Something went wrong however, and the devices malfunctioned, causing the deaths of seven of the individuals and altering the minds of the remainder. To the government this was yet again another crippling blow, and after numerous failed attempts to restore the suppressant, the order was given to track down and arrest the remaining individuals. Two of the persons were eventually taken in and mentally reprogrammed, becoming vegetables just like the first individual. The other two were somewhat more difficult, but things were made much easier when one of them shot and killed the other. This was seen by the government as a strong sense of loyalty, and so they chose not to go ahead with the mental reprogramming of this last individual, instead choosing him to be the only living person with extensive knowledge on the T-virus outside Umbrella. Upon looking up the background data on this man, the government discovered his name - Gideon Maxwell. All other known persons with any information in regards to the virus were traced down, reprogrammed and erased from history. As time passed on, the U.S government in its ever changing form, unearthed the existence of another organisation - one calling itself HCF (Host/Hive Capture Force). Going by records, this organisation had posed a significant threat to the actions of Umbrella, which would play highly in the favour of the government. Unfortunately, there was some bad news. At this point in time, the T-virus had gradually become irrelavant - superseded by viral variants that were superior in many ways, the G-virus for example - developed by reknowned Umbrella scientist, Dr. William Birkin. If the government wished to remain a major player in the events transpiring, then it would need to acquire samples of more viruses - including the G-virus.

It was arranged for Gideon Maxwell, the Twelve Individual, to become involved with the HCF - this way they would have an operative working within the heart of a potential rival. At the time, the HCF was unaware that the government knew about the existence of any of the viruses, and so they willingly accepted Maxwell into their organisation. His exceptional intelligence allowed Maxwell to rise rapidly in the ranks, becoming a high order official for the HCF. With extensive knowledge of the T-virus, it wasn't difficult for him to pick up where his mind left off. Maxwell grew in power and knowledge, whilst transmitting any and all new data discovered to his superiors in the U.S government. Maxwell however, had begun to develop bitter feelings toward the government - and this was strengthened when over time, he gradually began to recover lost memories when the effects of the synaptic suppressant wore off. Upon remembering having the device implanted into his brain, Maxwell had it surgically removed via an operation and discovered that the suppressant could be modified so that it could manipulate higher brain functions rather than simply suppress memories, and so a brilliant plan began to unravel in the mind. If the suppressant /could/ be modified, then perhaps it could be used to control...

Personal background: Project R’s past will be disclosed only in this profile. Born in the International District to poverty, Project R quickly became a criminal preying off the least suspecting. Finally apprehended, Project R was sent to Raccoon Police Containment Facility. However, due to unknown circumstances Project R escaped briefly to only be apprehended again along one of the many liquor facilities by John Cunnings. Sadly, the police officer died in the apprehending of a second time of this criminal. Sent straight to Arizona Maximum Security, Project R was gradually placed under the greatest of security due to various murders. Placed on death row, jurisdiction was put on hold as Project R was transferred to Umbrella Pharmaceutical. Thus, Project R was placed in the Super Soldier Program to be tested and prove efficient. Already exceptionally fit and efficient, Project R was gradually exposed to the classified substance along with enhanced biochemical attributes. The exact attributes will not be disclosed, as it will remain at top priority of only the head of the Super Soldier Program.

Strengths/Likes: The subject has proven to enjoy watching entertainment of anything involving physical brutality. Many a person has been sent to fight with Project R only to be sent back in a body bag. The subject also seems to have a friendship slowly building with one of the laboratory canine programs Dead Fang. Update: Extremely Urgent regarding the failed demonstration and escape of Project R and Dead Fang.
Professor Cronheart was killed during the escape of Project R. The infection had spread at an urgent rate exceeding standards as the protective force seemed to have been infected leading to Project R’s escape. Several troops were sent out only to find that the subject Dead Fang was also found missing. Out of the four troops only one and a half returned. It seems the Super Soldier Program was a complete and utter success just as you demanded. Although, I fear for all our lives with the gathering infections as the walls seem to close in as well. highten senes yes but you will not have wings your char must be belivable.no claws also. i was one of the frist to have a char that was given a power but i know how to keep it basic. i'll ask bildo. but i'm thinking there should be no more chars with these highten senes so from here one out play as a normal char.

While it is true he would have undergone testing asto test his reactions, prior to his "acting up' he had no memorie or emotions of any kind from wich to become rebelious, he passed every single test and was released. A cunning creature would not let it be clear that he was regaining a part of himself, proforming his job as required till he saw a way out

I was not aiming at a combat pwn character, mearly a conflict rich one asto 'enrich' my own roleplay experience. As could be widely known playing one of the crowd against NPC's isn't always preferable, while this character wouldn't have hunted PC he would I am sure be a conflict rich one. We are talking of believable characters ... fair enough ... in a RE-play, a BOW of this type could have been thought up I would think, making him believable in the context of the admosfere and play

hold on keep him with the wings and claws just make it so he can't just up and fly

wings (8 feet each) would have enough lift to bring up a 6 feet tall person. Still ... for sake of arguement. Lets say he can't maintain flight because of endurence, the straign being to much on his body. Lets say the wings allow him short burts in speed and hight (asin a much higher jump, upto a roof or such) or a slower decent (soaring, floating)

would such be acceptable?
