Any Suggestions?

I was thinking of buying something SW related, and I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions. Preferably something similar to the New Essential Chronology.

Oh yeah I know about the essential guides (chronology, droids, characters etc.) and the sourcebooks (power of the jedi, the dark side, the new jedi order etc) but was wondering if there was anything else.

Novels and comics are good, but what I'm looking for is a type of guide or encyclopedia or something like the essential guides or sourcebooks.
