how much is the EE3 in SWG? Also, what is the best armor, and how hard is it to become a bounty hunter?

How hard it is to become a bounty hunter? Start the game, and click on "Bounty Hunter" as a profession. Mission accomplished. 
Back in the old days, it was furiously hard. I liked that better though, felt like you actually had done something worthy for it.......
