Outcast. I just thought the story pulling you in more, and I like Kyle over Jaden. The jedi knight games were more realistic too (no silly things as protect and absorb, especially the latter, it makes it impossible to use force powers while fighting another force user), you died faster in that to. I think the level design where cooler there to.
The only things I like better in Academy is that there are so much more people to spawn to fight, and more moves and sabers.

Outcast is by far the better game.
JA wasn't even worthy of the title "sequel."
It felt more like a lame expansion pack.
