Well, let's break it down...
The Merr-Sonn rocket is described as having an Ionization Blast. Ion cannons are weapons used for disabling electronics. The Rebels use an ion cannon in the Battle of Hoth to disable the Star Destroyer blocking their escape from Hoth in ESB.
Lumablast I am assuming, from the word "Luma," has something to do with lighting.
I have no idea on the energy quarrel, though "Dumb" implies that it is just a rocket without heat tracking or anything special, just your run of the mill boom-shell, maybe with energy casing?
