I'm sure very few people know of Tsui Choi (you can find him easily on Wookiepedia). He's an Aleena, like Kazdan Paratus. In the EU, there was an comic issue in which he and a few other Jedi Masters who survived Order 66 try to stop Vader and the Empire. In the issue, he was able to duel Vader, and even cut his hand off. He would have killed Vader had it not been for the interference of Stormtroopers.
The way I see it, he must one of the best Jedi Masters to live. What do you think?
Okay he and other outnumbered Vader in that comic so it wasn't a fair fight and even after Vader lost his saber he sitll managed to kill four of the seven Jedi and the other three used the Force to launch boulders at him. Choi was nominated to the council on his due to his diplomatic, wise, and insightful way.Not his combat ability. So no he isn't one of the best Jedi Masters. He has no feats to put him on par with the others.

Anyone could be "one of the best" provided they aren't the worst. And Jedi aren't measured by their combat prowess alone; the fact that his wisdom gained him a nomination for the Jedi Council speaks volumes for him.
