These things and more."
The strongest I'd say is Darth Nihilus's Force Drain and Vitiate's Ritual of Nathema are the most destructive as they literally kill the population of an entire planet. Palpatine's Hyperstorm is up there as well.
And Cade Skywalker's use of Dark/Light Transfer let him bring people back from the dead willy nilly or heal any injury.

I'm not really sure how this can be quantified since the powers themselves fluctuate based on strength and proficiency.
I'd have to say midi-chlorian manipulation is up there because of its sheer potential.

Darth Nihilus's feat of consuming life on planetary scale is ample evidence. Emperor Vitiate and Darth Sidious also have incredible feats with this power.
2. Force Storm (Wormhole)
This power not just have immense destructive potential but incredible range since it can manifest into a portal that can be utilized for teleportation and even time-travel purposes.
3. Battle Meditation
Bastilla Shan's feat of influencing the outcome of Battle of Rakata Prime is very telling. This power can have tremendous reach and influence.
4. Fear
Dread Masters were able to utilize these powers to wreak havoc within enemy ranks. Entire fleets ended-up destroyed.
5. Telepathy
Emperor Vitiate had mastered these powers to such a degree that he could literally break and subdue powerful opponents without touching them during combat situations, even went as far as to destroy the minds of individuals in certain cases. In addition, Emperor used these powers to influence his subjects on galactic scale, demonstrating virtually limitless range.
Honorable mentions (Sorcery):-
Emperor Vitiate have demonstrated some ritualistic powers with which he could singlehandedly influence the environment on planetary scale: he permanently altered the environment of a planet Dromund Kaas with one of his ritualistic powers as an example. Emperor Vitiate is also hinted to be capable of performing Nathema ritual single-handedly at some point during his span of existence which is more potent then Force Drain.
In addition, some of the most deadly attacks are possible with Sorcery-oriented powers, both in scale and destructive potential.

The ones were the essence of dark, light, and balance. They could repel a lightsaber blade with their finger, touch lightsaber blades, and it didn't even effect them. It was a form of energy dissipation as it didn't work on one when he was caught be surprise and killed by a lightsaber.
A lot of Force users were stronger by virtue of their mastery and actualized potential and its really pretty hard to say who was stronger for sure, especially when you consider Force drain or Force harmony.
When Kyp Durran was harmonized by dozens of Jedi he destroyed a fleet of star destroyers with the telekinesis alone. When Naga Sadow used the Force crystals on his ship he could destroy stars with the Force, at one point soon after Nathema Vitiate annihilated his strongest Sith council in a flash of light. Nihilus ripped his star destroyer from the mass shadow generator long before he Force drained the Jedi on Katarr. The Kaiburr crystal increased the powers of Vader and Luke a thousandfold. Anakin overpowered both Son and Daughter when channeling the vast energies on Mortis.

Gethzerion and Vitiate could create lightning storms that covered entire planets, Gethzerion was like a more powerful version of Mother Talzin, and some Night Mothers could resurrect the dead. Gethzerion was stronger than all of them and she actually killed 100 storm troopers with the snap of her finger.
Vitiate created two giant temples to imprison powerful rogue Sith sorcerers on two different planets and creatures and all types of dark side apparitions he'd helped spawn.
Satele Shan absorbed the energy of a lightsaber blade and it increased her powers enough to overcome Darth Malgus.
Plageuis compelled the midi-chlorians to leave a humanoid's body, and it killed him in the process. This is like when Nomi Sunrider stripped Ulic Qel Droma of the Force, or when Darth Nihilus stripped Darth Traya of the Force. Darth Zion could use his hatred to hold his body together after death. Revan healed himself from severe burns inflicted by Vitiate's Force storm. Vitiate could unlock energy trapped within space itself, the Force that hold everything together, to effect of atomizing Revan's companion droid with a mere thought. Plagueis also atomized several assailants in a similar manner. Though DE Sidious became a greater master of this ability than either with his Force storms.

Karness Muur's plague spell is a very powerful one. It creates an aura that turns any non-force user into a Rakghoul, a scratch from which can turn anyone force user or not into a Rakghoul, and allows him to control Rakghouls over a huge area.
Yes. You don't do One With The Force to something. You are One With The Force while doing some other power.
I would also mention Force-Walking. This technique can be used to bind Force Ghosts and use their power to augment own power and capabilities. Really amazing.
Lot of impressive stuff is possible with sorcery.
