Can a character ragdoll someone vastly superior in the force to them?

As stated in the title.

Depends how vast and whether or not their superior had their defenses up.

Lets say, Revan is on the ground, and Vitiate is walking away from him with his back completely turned, with his guard down, Revan successfully grabs him with the force after pretending to be knocked down, does Vitiate escape immediately?

Not for very long. As soon as the dude starts fighting back they couldn't maintain it.

Probably not immediately but he would break free quite fast imo.

Yeah, but would Revan have enough time to slam him hard into a wall, or the floor, or something?

SW combats usually don't work that way. I mean logically speaking, they are extremely fast combatants and lowering your guard down even for a second should mean instant death in a situation like that. However, thats not the case as we have seen in many occasions. So, a Revan level force user can send Vitiate flying if he is distracted or has his guard down but I doubt he'd be able to ragdoll him.
