Whoever is heir to the Grandmaster throne. It's a hereditary title now. Meritocracy and consent of the grandmaster'd don't count anymore. Only blood relation.

Pretty sure that's what was implied. She was on a throne after all IIRC.
Anyway I assume Ben takes over after his father and basically starts a Skywalker dynasty.
