Villains of the NJO

People who were of the Dark Side following the end of the Galactic Empire and the Death of Palpatine.

Rules: They can't be bad guys turned good guys, however they may be good guys turned bad guys.

They must show up more then once, and consistently cause trouble for important characters in the NJO.

Joorus C'Baoth dominated Thrawn Trilogy Luke with TP, and amped Luuke so strong, that he was equaling Luke himself, IIRC.
