Why are they allowing Filoni so much control?! He's an executive producer on Rebels a leader of the story group for the new canon and apparently in charge of future live action and animation SW projects.

He'll probably end up directing an anthology film at some point. They all hold him in high regard in the story group and at Lucasfilm in general. His role in creating new canon will only increase over time.

Let us hope Justin does a better job at portraying the characters than Filoni.
