So TK in combat.

So there's two things that many look to in a fight involving Force Users, saber combat and TK. But here's my question, how do you know someone would be able to rag doll someone else with TK if their TK isn't grand and the other doesn't really have any? Example

Force User A lets say his best feat is lifting a steel beam of about 10 feet and able to hold it.

Force User B hasn't shown any TK feat like this, but he has shown great control within the Force and some ok TK.

So now could B do what A does?

Where's this criteria in what someone can or can't lift something? Where does it start and where does it end?

Now obviously I'm not saying like everyone should be able to lift anything. This is more something that is a general thing, not something outlandish.

Novels are written by different authors, who, in turn, have distinct interpretation of power scales. For example, A lifts a shuttle and shields himself from an explosion while B lifts a larger ship but is wounded by a similar explosion. In the end, we need to make indirect comparisons and extrapolate, when dealing especially with characters from different eras.

In your specifc case, if B did most what A could do with the Force (unless indirect comparison claims otherwise, ie B got dominated by C, who's inferior to A), then, logically, it's consistent to assume he can replicate TK feats of the same magnitude as well.
