I remember in TPM Jinn and Kenobi used the force to escape from droideaks. They literally appeared as a blur on screen, and had already reached the end of that corridor like 1 second later

Although I couldn't exactly start to guess how heavy that rock is, big considering it's wider than the man himself and pretty big...yeah. In fact, this is just some random Force Adept doing it, a Ta-Ree user, basically the The Force with the same principles, though it's only accessible on Kathol.
A fully trained Jedi Knight/Master, hell probably a Padawan can replicate this as well and more.

All in all though, I think Force Users would range from about 1-3 tons maybe? Perhaps a little more for the more higher end Users. I wouldn't go any higher than 3 tons though.
I feel like that might seem reasonable, since Force Users aren't brick like characters, so lifting strength isn't as important, but their striking is quite fantastic though.
