Did General Pryde outrank General Hux?
I only ask because the guidebooks state that Kylo/Phasma/Hux were the top 3 in the First Order hierarchy... But then Allegiant General Pryde appeared in ep. 9, so I wasn't sure if the command chain had been retooled??

I don't know that they're outdated. I suspect Supreme Leader Kylo Ren restructured the First Order's hierarchy to deliberately knock Hux down a few pegs. After all, Kylo Ren hated Hux for how the General curried Snoke's favor.
This is all my speculation, by the way. I don't own most of the source books for the Sequel Trilogy myself. This is just how I view it, personally.
