it used to take me at least 2 hours to get to sleep.
until i learned how
i used to lie in bed thinking until i fell asleep!
mum told me to concentrate on my breathing, so when im sleeping i allow 5 minutes to think about what i want
then i just picture black in my mind and think 'in. out' as i breath!
and now i get to sleep within 20 minutes its so great!

Proven tests show that Chcolate, red wine and a few other foods and beverages of which i cant remember off the top of my head, can adversely affect your sleep. So dont eat chololate before bed. Unless its a completely different problem. WAnt me to sing u a lalabye?
